Trained as a visual artist, Nina11 has been creating her unique name rings, name necklaces, and signature bracelets for nearly 15 years.

Growing up in Moscow, USSR, Aleppo, Syria, and Thessaloniki, Greece, Nina11 was immersed in rich artistic traditions from a young age. She went on to work in the UK, Cyprus, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and the US. Along the way she earned degrees in fine art and technical drawing, visual arts management, and a doctorate in the philosophy of art for which she researched artists and created new forms of social art.

By meeting and bonding with people from different countries and cultures Nina11 learned the universal significance of language and its expression of individual and social identity. She came to realize that each name has personal meaning and that it tells us a story. When thinking or saying the name of a loved one or friend a complete image of the person comes to mind. This became the concept for her name jewelry. Starting with this idea and working through her unique process Nina11 creates cherished and profoundly individual designs.

The collection of jewelry by Nina11 grows out of her shared journey of friendship and love. Her passion to create these works of art that deeply connect people to each other inspires her everyday.
